Hi I am suffering from Porn and Masturbation addiction since 10 years. I am taking the following challenge. The major problem i have suffered is that I look physically very week and thin. I am not at all manly. I will change this in this challenge.

It's on! I'm in on this streak.
I don't think gaining wightw itself is that important as a central challenge, but as a result of a healthy lifestyle I hope to gain at least 5 kg.
    Let's do this!!!

Relapsed !!! That too in a very intense outburst. Spent hours on porn sites and masturbates as well, that too multiple times. I hate myself for doing this.

Dont want to loose hope NoFap as it is the last resource i feel i am trying.

Let's hate the habit not ourselves. It's difficult for us to get out of that routine because it's so sticky and compulsive. In my opinion even if we make a "free choice" to watch porn it's not as free as it seems, because we're so impulse-driven and addiction manipulates even our otherwise rational thinking that it's extremely difficult to keep our promise. Of course it's very easy to make plans and promises.

The only thing we can do is to go little steps and appreciate all the little improvements.

After relapse see if there's anything to learn and look after your needs. But honestly, more you can't do. The shit has hit the fan, bygone are bygones. We can only try our best to prevent the next potential relapse. Even if this process repeats again and again there's nothing you can do about it unless you CAN do it: getting out of addiction. But we don't know when it the time will come. There's simply no easy way out. Or let me say it like this: there's only one way: your way. Therefor patience might be the best virtue for an addict.

And don't rely on Willpower. Avoid triggers, restrain your internet use, use accountability software and stay accountable (to your acc-partner / this forum), replace bad habits with good ones, help others, be honest, be content, live your life.

Sorry, I need to get out of preaching mode . More things we can learn from nofap: a) preaching b) to stop preaching :D

    Best luck!
