90 days no PMO / PIED updates

  1. This might be a long-ish post. Bold will be short-versioned, but I urge you to read the whole post.

    First, I have PIED. This is my longest streak by far, I had numerous attempts and have found things that worked for me this time.

    Background:
    I PMO'd 3x daily in my prime porn days. I am 20 and have PMO'ing since 12 but have picked up my addiction 3 years ago at college. I PMO'd bc of depression and anxiety, along with loneliness. In turn I got more anxiety and more depressed bc I wanted a significant other.
    -I wouldnt do laundry, I would re-wear boxers and dirty clothes bc I was lazy.
    -I had constant stress and anxiety at all times, even when falling asleep.
    -I would PMO myself to sleep & when i woke up. One of my bad memories were having just crumpled paper towels ALL over my room from my buisness, too lazy to even throw it away.
    -I would go to class and PMO in public bathrooms on a regular basis.
    -I used very excessive alcohol use and marijuana, along w hard drugs (MDMA,coke) on a regular basis
    -I escalated pornography genres (darkest times in my life that I'd rather not say)
    -I WAS WEIRD..
    Then I hooked up with a few girls and discovered my pied.

    Benefits of no PMO: (some didnt happen over past 90 days, but progressed from last spring when I began journey)
    -More clean:
    _I clean my room/laundry on a regular basis (vital for nofap)
    _Hygiene, I started taking care of myself basically (oral health & not biting nails)​
    -Working out:
    _Lifting weights (I was tall, 6'7" tall, and a stick with zero muscles. I gained steady muscle from 185lbs to 215lbs in 9 months) (Raises self-confidence)
    _Started Cardio (Started very recently, great for mental health)
    _Good diet (I gained muscle by the gym and a better high protein, healthy diet)​
    -Increased Mental Health:
    _I'm still working on my anxiety and whatnot, but understand it has greatly increased. It's gotten much better, I used to have an involuntary eye twitch that would start at random times and it went away. I'm fixated on anxiety/mental health bc its the biggest trigger for pmo for me.
    _Naps, I nap alot and I'm tired alot. This is good because sleep is a significant aide in this category
    _Meditation, I began meditating this streak and I think it's helped calm me down significantly. I can know identify when Im getting mad and alter it.
    _Green Tea, I think it's eased my mind and I love the taste alot so I drink it daily
    _Cold Showers, energizes me for the day, reduced urges.
    _Quit drugs, this I just kinda did bc fuck it. It seemed to help​
    -Increased Motivation:
    _I have less laziness & better schoolwork. This is just something that happens when you can control yourself on NOFAP, and it feels GREAT.​
    -Female Attention:
    _I have noticed attention from the gals, but it can be for a few reasons. They'll look at me but that can be because im either 6'7" (just really hard to miss when looking around), more muscles so i look more attractive in that way, better facial features (due to hygeine), or they are checking me out.... or all of the above. I'm not really messing with girls rn bc I'm focusing on myself.

    I do not believe my PIED has gone away bc I'm in a flatline still, i think.
    It's cool though, i'm just chilling some PIED benefits have come. I'm gonna do another 90 days and see what's going on. I might consider at that time taking ashwagandha or some other supplements I've researched but right now I'm just getting pornography out of my life, and its going really well.

    I always watched porn that wasn't penetration. Now I'll be talking to cute co-workers or cute girls i meet and i'll have a HEALTHY feeling of wanting to have sex with them. THIS IS HEALTHY, i never imagine doing pornographic things with them (like I used to). I know this bc I had this when I was sexually healthy with girlfriends and what have you.

    Same is my condition i used to smoke marijuana and then addicted to porn i started doing pmo since i was 14 now i am 23 dont know how good is after i stop practising this habit for straight 6 months
    But i am confident that i will regain all my strengths back soon.
    ALSO advice for you to take ashvagandha with milk 2 times a day

    What pied symptoms did you experience while attempting sex? I can get erections but fail to keep them
     
  6. I had 3 cases of my pied when attempting sex. Mine was severe bc I couldn't get up at all. Mind you, I was drinking & taking drugs during these times. So it was worse but I couldnt get up bc of my heavy, heavy porn usuage

  11. I get morning wood 90-95% of the time now. Used to be 0-5%. Erection quality differs. Lately, with morning wood, very very strong.

    I watched alot of porn, that I'm not proud of. For like years I switched between spanking/dominance submissive porn and blowjob/cum facial porn daily. Then for about 5 months I got into femdom porn, which is the worst. Then I stopped everything.

    Erection quality is good with morning wood. Some mornings it's really really strong, some days morning wood is decent or normal. Some daytime random erections that are good.

    Yeah, I know. I hoped that at least my morning woods will be back at 90 days.

    Thanks for the advice. I try to block thoughts, or occupy my mind with something else. But it is very hard, because most of the thoughts come to me before sleep, when I am alone.

    I’ve been lucky so far this time. I’ve relapsed in the past due to blue balls. The pressure just got too strong. So far not much pressure. Hope it stays that way.
