90 Day NoFap and sperm change?

    If anyone has tried to attempt the 90 day challenge, had there sperm colour change to more whiter and thicker? Right now I am on day 22 of no gap heading for the 90 day challenge I am wondering if my sperm colour will change from clear to white at all?

    I can answer that one, when I started the challenge I had white kind of transparent sperm, and after 45 days I O'd without P, and I was suprised to see that my sperm was yellow and thick. Lol. Ueah
