Yesterday I entered the irc channels I used to. There's was no one I knew, so I left less than a minute later. It was close, but I did not do anything. Sometimes Providence takes a hand. The urges are still strong and I fend them off telling myself I have to hold until Friday (tomorrow). I think tomorrow I will be too busy to do anything. We shall see.

I'm still having issues with fantasies going through my head. They come and I try to not focus on them and let them go.

I already know it'll take a lot longer to move past the kinks I've developed. Hopefully with the meditation, it'll get better.

The difference between clean and other days feels like they had been taken from entirely different lives.

Here are my observations. The urge to look at porn is much reduced now. I still suffer from the major problems associated with prolonged porn use, flatlined about two weeks now and just nothing. It hasn't abated up until now. We'l see how that goes going forward.

 

Day 10/14. 2 more days I will beat my previous streak. inch by inch. Let get there
