My goals are pretty well bedded in in my mind now, so I don't do that much daily. But I agree that it is very improtant to keep a focus on the goals (and to actually know your goals!), especially when you are in the "rough part" of a streak. I think once you hit higher numbers and you are out of the said rough part, it is becomes less important to keep track of days. Like, 90 seems to be the big milestone and it can be encouraging/exciting to count your way towards that. But once you are, say, in triple figures, I don't think it matters much whether you are on 120 or 124!
