Didn't check in over the weekend, have been busy with life and family! All good still, have been sticking to my new yoga and meditation routine and was at the gym tonight. I am starting to see changes to my body and seem more able to be comfortable with my thoughts and feelings even when they are negative...
So day 10 done and onwards to the two week mark. Family holiday next week, so might not be able to post much...

About time to start worrying about my other addictions; like sugar and youtube.
I haven’t updated in about 2 weeks, but I’ve finished 21/90
yea sugar is bad. It's a physical addiction so I recommend dextrose to replace it with. It's far less harmful than sucrose
