    No pmo yesterday or today; hardly even a thought about it. Okay, maybe I thought about it a little bit earlier this evening, but I didn't do it. Just need to make sure that I log in daily, and don't forget again.

    You did say "must bd [sic; assume you meant 'be'] reduced". If that's the case, and for most of your life you've been masturbating to porn instead of having real sex, would not cutting out porn and masturbation not then reduce your prolactin and dopamine levels by the simple fact that you'll be cutting down the number of orgasms you have by most likely 99%? I understand that without orgasming *AT ALL*, your levels would likely reduce faster, however I'm not sure going full-bore no-O is necessary unless you're in a real bad place e.g., jerking off daily, often times multiple times a day and having massive negative mood swings after busting a nut which is the state I was in back when I was 22-24.

    Currently, I've come a long way but I haven't beaten this entirely and I don't think I ever fully rewired either which is why I'm here. Prior to going on the challenge again (hard mode, except for orgasm if I get the opportunity to have sex with a real woman during the 90-day timeframe), I've gone from jerking it multiple times a day, typically for an hour at a time or so, to now maybe jerking it once a week, and typically just to my own fantasies about women I've either banged before, or would like to bang currently. I very rarely use porn anymore. Forgive any ignorance on my part as I didn't read all of the back'n'forth you've had with Gustav or whoever; I'm just responding to your individual comment that I quoted.

    Just broke my NoFap-Record for a long time (300 Days).
    Feeling extremely grateful for that, I know that my life-situation is becoming better every day from now on, cause it's what I experienced.

    What's most important now:
    - No edging at all (put a money fee on it)
    - Stay committed all my life to no PM.
    - Replace PM with real sex in the long term.

    Keep on fighting and never give up.
    I've heard from a friend that when you do it for a very long time, emotional pain from the past can rise to the surface, this is a GREAT opportunity to change and control your unconscious in a powerful way. Don't try to escape the pain, accept it, stay sober and transform it.
