So what's the rule here with respects to joining another challenge after completing the last one.Do we have to start from 0 again? Could someone make this clear?Thanks.

 

Day 5 of Nofap Challenge and Suddenly it feels like a lot of energy is flowing in my body. My work Is complete, I have time for exercise, Studies, Singing-New hobby, and for my family as well. It seems as if the time has stopped for me because I usually wasted 2 to 3hrs everyday in porn .. Also, I have been like attracted towards girls, not for sex, but by their "beauty". I know it looks dull that I get attracted towards girls , but I think it is because,everyone I see a beautiful girl , my dopamine and testererone levels spike up because of Nofap.

 

Day 5 I almost had sex last night but didn't. The time is crawling.

 

I dont think we should go back at day 0 that seems to be valid if one did pmo.
But if youre not then continue with the days you abstain from pmo and start what days youre in right now til u completed the next challenge like 356 days challenge or monthly challenge
