My body is not under my control...I am saying to myself not to do not to do but my body my hands they are behaving like they have their own mind ...
Mind controls body, heart controls mind, soul controls heart, God controls soul. Stay focus of what you want to be bro.
i´m back brothers. learned some more about me and the addiction, and i´m ready to restart. day 0
hope everybody is doing allright. let´s do this!!!
Welcome back brother!
Day 8 check in. I cannot believe I made it a week. The longest I've ever gone without looking at P. It hasn't been easy, but I've realize change is needed
Day 21/90 check in. May the force be with you all
Kept busy the whole day
Slow but sure
Good job mate. Keep it up.
Day one. Wanna stay on. I started remembering dreams after a streak so that would be a reason to stay clean because I get half my life back. Kinda.
Found this quote which would be useful after you're clean i guess
That guy you used to be? he's still there. He's in the backseat. Just don't ever let him drive again.
Relapsed after 13 days PMO
I am never giving up.I can and I will
Day 3 on crossfit
Day 0 relapse
exactly the problem for me too but have been unable to articulate it properly yet.
Day 6 done. Concentrating on spirituality seems to help. Biggest issue at this point is avoiding the bad reasonings that try to creep into the head and justify PMO.
