Day 2, back in the saddle.
day 1/90 completed successfully
This is my first day wish me luck
Had a slip last night. Back to 0. No stress. I will be able to say no one day.
Once you allow your brain to start fantasizing, it's really hard to stop it as the visuals going on in your head will keep coming back to haunt you until you release. Do the 10 second max rule for such thoughts then dismiss them before they have a chance to get a hold of you. This is a strategy I learned from reading about monk reboots. Good luck.

Day 146/149 no PM (relapsed day 51, 70, 102)
Day 47/90 consecutive no PM
Day 149 no alcohol or caffeine
Day 38 of weight training
- feeling good and strong but has some serious urges last night to be delinquent with porn
- been taking a sleeping pill every other day in order to have a good sleep
- I will likely loose the last of my data today so may not post for awhile unless I can get to a place with free WiFi
I relapsed on day 1 but i wont give up
Day 56/90 Checking in. Today I got sudden message from a old individual chat of nudidity but I managed to stop it before it became nude. With successful days of streak increasing there is bits of increase of fear of relapse. Cheers guys.
