38 days of weight training
- feeling good but had some urges yesterday when free WiFi made looking accessable as I don't have data on my phone and no wifi where I'm staying
- staying strong with no PMO so far
8 days. Temptations this morning. I saw what the trigger was. I resolved the issue and the temptations are gone.
Hm, I thought I would already love myself, but I think I should do more. For example not to listen other opinions etc.

Day 25/90 I almost fapping today. I do not why but I think lose my concentration belief little bit because most probably I have PIED problem. This thinking put me in a lot stress and decrease my mood. Bros do you have detailed knowledge about it or experience. Please let me know?

Yes a lot of men who are addicted to porn have pied issue , heck that’s what drives most men to quit porn, I have been there that is one reason I am quiting porn. I guess what I am trying to say is you are not alone on this issue. Keep going don’t let the past stand in the way of your future
