Day 43/90 of no PMO
Day 5 complete. Saw a video last night where this guy was talking about the importance of discipline, and how it is more important and more reliable than motivation. I think that's a valuable idea to keep in mind on the nofap journey.
Day 1 again. I have had serious problems keeping this up since the k9 webprotection stopped working. Now I have bought a new one, just have to get someone putting in a new password and I have the tools to start again. Good luck everyone.
Now my mind becomes clearer than any time before. I don't know I have such a potential!

Today I worked a bit. Learned a bit. I just realised that the last day of this 90 day program is literally ong the same day when the last day of the school. I'm gonna see in another light the world in this vacation (actually probably it will be my last real summer vacation). In the last days I just trying to not leave my brain to bore himself. I try to learn something new, or to read, or to listen to podcasts or music. It is really good, I feel my cognitive abilities are increased.
Sorry to hear that you relapsed again, bro. I must admit I am amazed when I see you relapse since you seem to be clear thinking, in control and full of great advice for others. I get it though as I am the same way. If you are married, try putting a wager or a bet on it so if you relapse (or each time you relapse), you have to give your partner (kid, friend, etc) the agreed upon sum of money ($3400 in my case). I am so cheap that it is bound to work for me. LOL! Maybe it would help you too. Good luck, bro!
