It’s a bummer that we have to experience those bad days, but when we get through them without acting out, that’s where true growth is. Keep going!

 

84 days done...today I ran a half marathon. It was cold and raining and miserable, but it felt so good to finish the race with some gas left in the tank! I know that refraining from pmo gave me some extra energy, especially since I’ve only had one partial wet dream in almost three months of hard mode. It can be really difficult at times, but so rewarding also, and can give physical and mental strength. I also need to remind myself that it’s just today, one day at a time is all we have.
