Hmm... maybe be focused about why are you doing NoFAP or why you want to reach a month without PMO. To be motivated everyday. It`s a hard challenge, so I spent a less time in front of my PC and did something, for example hobbys like sports or anything. Find some interests, set yourself a goal and fight for it!
Uff guys, NoFAP really opens my eyes. I must immidiately change my nutrition. I ate a lots of junk foods at the evening, hadn`t a breakfast, was hungry for hours! Today at night I woke up and had HEAVY stomach pain. I already thought that I would puke. Maybe that is also a reason why I am very lean... well maybe not lean but thin with 154.35 lb.-mass (70kg I hope?!) and a height with ca. 1,83m...
So thankfully to my family who gave me tips what should I eat etc. ^^
Also Happy Easter! (Well I think it`s to late... hehe)
- avoid any kind of triggers, whatever yours are, since it is always a downward slope once provoked by anything sexy
- it almost always leads to relapse since your brain will relentlessly hasstle you very cleverly until you cave and PMO
- disconnect your internet for 30 or 90 days is the best way to succeed and what I might have to do if I am not successful this time
- porn blockers don't always work, and will power method is difficult to say the least

Also, I am so ODD and OCD that if installed porn blockers, I would spend way to much time trying to figure out the parameters of them to try and get around them to get to porn. This is why I suggested just get rid of internet for a month or however long your challenge is. Once you get some distance, it's easier to abstain. Good luck!
Day 84. Relapsed. Feeling little bit confused but not sad after some review of my challange results Im going to try it more sofisticated and maybe on higher level. Thanks to all for support
I find the idea of porn repulsive now, I hope it goes on this way.

since I have joint pain issue in my knees so my urges are back when my pain is severe & this days due to hectic schedule & lack of sleep urges are the apex... I hope my journey doesn't end so soon...day 40
