Hi everybody!! I'm joining TODAY in the 90-day challenge. Gotta be strong!

 

Day Zero, not in a relationship, perfect time to reboot, get rid of unproductive PMO habits and focus on building productive habits and doing great things. Thanks for this, keep going strong.

Day 3 - Extremely hard day mentally as I continue down the road of stress. I could go so much more in depth but I'll spare everyone my whining I guess. But didn't really think about PMO until just now. Won't act on it though. Took a pledge and I guess days like these are going to present themselves after the 90 days right. So why not get it over with.
3 down 87 to go.

Day 1
I am back on track and feeling determined. I have also returned to doing my morning miracle routine and I feel really energetic and ready to seize this day.

 

Day 0 anyway, so perfect timing! I'm going to do it!

 

What is this miracle morning routine you speak of?
