[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Still going strong. Deleted my instagram though as I was perusing too many search pictures. I haven't hastag searched, but I was wondering and letting my clicking lead me into trouble. So I deleted it. 7 days and we will see how I am doing

Day 23 completed ... didn't do much of work ... Will rise again ...

 

Day 2 - Surprisingly went well considering how rough of a day I've had. I usually run straight to PMO however I was able to resist and keep myself busy. Honestly too stressed out right now to even think about disappointing my self right now. Wouldn't be worth it.
Alright 88 more days to go. Lets do this!

 

Day 21, 3 weeks!! TOO EASY!! But I'm catching my self fantasize a little but all good! Nothing but to stop ththe train of thoughts which will result in no ACTION!! HAHAHA HIT ME URGES!!

Yesterday did not end well for me. With my depressive mood going on throughout the day and night and having done what I could to alleviate the relapse I did succumb to the pressure to watch porn. I watched some very disturbing porn too. However, I have forgiven myself for being weak and allowing my emotions to get the best of me. That is all I can do and move on rather than having a pity party. I have also learned a critical lesson. I lack commitment and need to develop this quality if I going to make it.
I commit to 90 days free of PMO. Day 0 starts again

 

The first days are hard, but, i've never been able to pass the first two weeks by past (but without the nofap community), because of curiosity or boredom (what happens if i stop now? Is what i do have a real utility? etc etc). Hope this time i could go beyond that, 90-days seems like an eternity to me xD

 

Day 2 warming up guys !

 

Relapsed today after 110 days stint. Will start a new thread from tomorrow.## we will overcome with this addiction.
