8 months PM free, but have a problem

    Hello.
    So I'm about 8 months PMO free.
    To make it clear, I haven't watched any P and done any M in those 8 months. However, I have had sex from time to time. The most time spent without sex was about 2 and a half months.
    I do feel a lot of improvements in my life, I'm a lot more alpha, and confident, and NoFap is a really good thing!

    But, let's get to my problem.
    After the summer, in which I didn't have any sex at all (so 2 1/2 months), I finally found a girlfriend that I like. However, whenever we have sex, I ejaculate rather quickly. It's really annoying, never had that problem before. In fact, before NoFap I had a DE problem. But now, I can do it max. 5 minutes. Without a condom it's actually much more worse. Can't last more than 30 seconds without it.

    I do understand, that when you first get with a girl, you're gonna wrap it up rather quickly, but it has been going on for like a month now.

    If it matters - I have sex about once a week with her. I'm 21 years old. After I ejaculate, I lose the desire to have sex again. I know that people in their 20s can ejaculate like 3-4 times and still keep going on. I do smoke cigarettes, so maybe that's it?

    First of all congrats on your 8 month PMO free!

    For some people, there are first-time nervous situation when you are just too nervous to perform. Anxiety is the driver to premature ejaculation. But on the second or third time, things will get easier. Just relax. There's always the next one.

    (P.S we all have the problem. It's all about inner power).

    1) Start doing perineum exercises.

    Then quickly you will find a corrolation between your breathing and your contraction of the perineum - this also happens during sex. When you are nearing orgasm, your breathing goes much faster. So:

    2) Breathing exercises - Be aware of your breathing and do a slow and nice breathing pattern without holding in or pushing out. You will notice a feeling of well being after a few minutes of this. Do this exercise often, and then when you have sex, be aware of your breathing and the correlation with your perineal muscles. (I suggest you stop smoking also, but since you're only 21 it has probably nothing to do with your smoking - yet!)

    3) Relax and go easy - draw out the pleasure. If she starts to go too crazy on you, calm her down. Nice and slow.

    I am much older and after a lifetime of porn and masterbation I had built up great endurance. But of course after a week doing nofap I found it very difficult not to orgasm quickly during love making with my girlfriend. So i did not make intercourse the focus. Each time I was inside her and feeling the need to cum I would pull out and concentrate on her. Cuddle her, touch her, every inch of her, taste her. Slide inside her for a minute and pull out again. Roll her over and continue with the cuddling, touching, tasting. Repeat for as long as you can. And yes go slow. Explore all of her, from the top of her head to the tip of her toes.
