7 Weeks No PM0 Hard Mode: No Caffeine, No Processed Juice, No Alcohol

    This is not my first time attempting NoFap. I've tried several times and the longest I've ever gone is 30 days and then continue the fapping cycle. I decided to take NoFap more seriously and I am currently on week 7 of this NoFap journey; the longest I've ever gone. This time I also decided to give up coffee.

    Reason I started NoFap and No Caffeine:

    Being a full-time worker and college student. I barely get enough sleep, don't have time to date (due to the fact that I go to school all day, have tons of homework, work 5am-5pm shifts). Barely having enough sleep and having tons of work I would drink:

    3 Soda's A day
    3 Coffee's with a flavored cream

    This was a gateway to other things like chips, junk food, and it was a detrimental cycle and I could see my belly getting bigger.I was a skinny guy with a belly. All this intake of caffeine and Junk food was affecting my health, I would have dry mouth, coughing attack like smokers lungs, it would happen especially when I was near a girl I liked. (It was a mixture of caffeine and anxiety attack).

    Spending so much time alone and stress with all my homework I would resort to fap. Sometimes I would just fap a whole day away. 5-6 times a day and get little done. I would look pale, with barely any energy, anxiety issues, and when I tried to approach a woman I liked, it would be awkward. I had no confidence, no drive to really pursue women, I had very low sensitivity when grinding/dancing with a woman. This was scaring the crap out of me. I'm currently taking my last semester of college. So as the summer semester began, I decided to do NoFap Hard Mode and see if any benefits would arise; and they have!

    Benefits of NoFap Hard mode: No PMO No Caffeine No Smoking on Week 7

    -Extreme Focus (I get shit done, better memory, multi task, thought I had ADD: Not anymore)

    -More Energized Mornings (Physically and in Mind, My dick is rock hard, and looks like the length increased)

    -Stronger: Some punk kids at work, fresh out of high school tried to mess with me since they were physically bigger. I put them in there place. I'm a fucking alpha male now.

    -Whiter Teeth

    -Went from 157lbs to 149.5 LBS without exercising or going to the gym(Losing my belly fat, I'm beginning to see my ab muscles)

    -I started doing push ups and ab workouts, juicing, low carb diet (I'm beginning to see muscle definition.

    -Crazy amount of eye contact with woman and I'm more flirty

    -I'm approaching women, talking with them, and it all seems so natural. I am confident as fuck.

    -People are seeing the real me and they love it.

    -I am generally a happy person. I sing every morning at 5am and my coworkers join in. I also sing to my female coworkers and they blush; I'm not that shy anymore.


    I have more to tell, but I will probably write that down on a journal on here. That's who I am and what I have experienced in these 7 weeks of NoFap: Hard Mode. This is all a milestone for me and decided to make an account.

    Thanks Sean555. It has been a good time. I just took some time and determination. I feel like a new person, I know what I want, and I feel like I could conquer the world. Good luck on you NoFap path as well.

    Day 56 NoFap.

    I keep breaking my personal record. Things are going extremely well, I started to get turned on just by looking at women in class, work, and even those cross fit women(the somewhat muscular ones). My workouts are becoming more intense. I'm still eating healthy and avoiding alcohol, soda, coffee, and of course fapping.I've notice that I barely look at my calender to countdown the days which is a good sign. I think my brain is finally starting to get rewired. One thing I noticed is that my ab/core exercises have helped me out at work. I no longer have back pain when I lift heavy items in a repetitive motion for a prolonged period of time. My interactions with women have also been positive, I talk to women I use to be shy to at work, I'm losing my inner introvert, and I'm on the road to becoming more extroverted. I've also met a woman that I can talk to for a long period of time and avoid that awkward silence that I use to experience before. Anyways I'm close to 60 days, I wonder what will come up ahead. I'm feeling nothing but positive and high hopes for the future.

    HELL YES! This is some good shit! Keep it up, you are an inspiration to me. What are you going to school for? What do you want to do when you're done?

    Thanks 42morrow, I'm glad to see I'm able to inspire people to keep going at this and see where it takes you. I'm actually going to school for architecture. I'm planning on building a great portfolio and become better prepared for the interviewing process. Since I have more focus I've actually been interested in stuff like the sciences, finances, and even fitness. I feel like these things can help me out later in my life.

    When I'm done with school, I will finally have time to have a real life and go out. So I'm doing NoFap to become a better version of myself and get what I want in life.

    I actually have somewhat of a list of what I want to do.

    -Get a job
    -Save money
    -Meet a good woman and have a meaningful relationship
    -Travel through Asia and possibly other parts of the world.
    -Go to every music festival and concert I missed out on for the last 4 years.
    -Buy a house
    -Learn another language
    -Learn new skills, like Jiujitsu, fencing, archery, rock climbing, rendering software
    -Be that person that says yes to almost anything. I just want live life and to the fullest.

    I have more to the list, but you get my point. After NoFap, it seems like sky is the limit; so keep at it.

    Awesome Chao, that's a great list! You will do great things, I can tell. Please for the love of yourself do not give in when things get tough.

    I feel like I am a heroin addict with this shit. My wife has been out of town and I have been going through the cycle of fap-shame-purge "P" stash-relapse. This has gone on every day for almost a week. I recognized my problem over a year ago and have tried more times than I can count to quit.

    I want this more than anything right now but I am struggling. Please pray for me.

    42morrow, the first step to this is recognizing you have a problem. NoFap takes time. I've been through that road. I know how strong the addiction is, it took me like 6 months to go NoFap longer than 2 days. Then 1 month I went 30 days. I saw benefits, but I relapsed and I kept fapping; losing all that hard work. It wasn't until 2 months after the fact that I decided to go longer than 30 days.

    Here's what's helped me get through NoFap so far.
    -I don't watch T.V. (I stream the world cup though)
    -Workout every other day
    -Get your dopamine high in healthier ways, cook, read on topics that you find interesting, learn a new fact, learn a new skill, get rid of other addictions you have (mine where coffee, soda, and junk food)
    -Avoid porn, if the urge becomes too strong, run, exercise, punch a punching bag, lift weights, tire yourself out to the point your arm and body is too weak to fap.
    -Make everyday count: Make a task list, do everything you need to take care of in one day.

    One day my list was: Mow the lawn, bathe my dog, change the oil in my car, shop for groceries, workout, clean my car,clean the house, meet my friends (in your case take your wife out). (At the end of the day I was so tired, I had the best sleep of my life; forgot about those thoughts of fapping) I also believe the absence of caffeine helps me sleep and wake up more refreshed.

    The funny thing that happened next, is that in the next two days I had to give a cute girl in my class a ride. I also had to make an unexpected visit to my place, so she saw I had my shit together.


    Just keep at it. I know I will.

    Day 60

    I didn't even notice, but today I hit day 60. It's like wow; this is unreal. I never thought I would get here, but I did. Is just like I never though I could quit caffeine, but I did. I never thought I could get some ab muscles, but they are beginning to show up. I'm able to keep conversations with women, avoid that awkward silence, everyone is noticing my muscle definition, and manliness. A lot of my male coworkers are saying they are feeling inspired by my diet and that fact that I can lift things like nothing. I'm a beast when it comes to working. I can keep a conversation going with a women. That was something I use to struggle with before. Women in class actually wait for me to walk with them when it's time to head to class or leave class. I'm no longer that awkward creepy guy.

    It seems like a lot of things I though were impossible are happening. It reminds me of this song by Joe Nichols.

    "Unsinkable ships sink, unbreakable walls break". "I've learnt to never underestimate the impossible".

    Thank you Chao. I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to reply. That is terrific advice. I said to myself "if I have a reply, some advice, anything, on nofap.org it's a sign and I will follow their words". Thank you Chao, your reply has given me strength. Keep it up, I'm proud of you.

    Day 62.

    While approaching women and talking to them has become easier. I had never felt tension like I've felt today and the past two days. I noticed that even a woman I found mildly attractive (meaning I felt very little when I saw her), she got close to me and started asking me a few questions. I began feeling a lot of sexual tension between me and her. Through our conversations, body language, and tension. I kept seeing open opportunities to ask her out. If I wasn't so busy with school and that fact that I found a woman which has really sparked my interest. I would have asked her for her number.

    I also noticed that I'm starting to become even more conversational with other people (meaning strangers). I'm getting a lot more smiles from women,I'm sending out vibes that say, "hey! Approach me" (specifically seems to speak to really attractive women, don't even have to look at them, act normal, like they don't phase me) and they get really close to me and a lot of sexual tension builds.

    A lot of my female coworkers are beginning to just randomly approach me and chat. Instead of me having to do the approaching. They are also initiating the flirtation. This is what day 62 has brought so far and it seems like things are beginning to get a lot more interesting.

    Day 67

    I'm feeling more agile and with more energy. I started jump roping 10-15 minutes every morning. I keep maintaining my core and chest exercises from youtube. I keep pushing myself to feel pain (they say no pain, no gain).

    We also got 2 new coworkers at my job and one that works in another department(barely see her). I asked one for her name, it was really hard to initially to have a conversation since she seemed to be shy and respond with one to two word answers. Once I started singing though, she loosened up and started asking me questions and had a small conversation.I asked her name, she smiled, and then asked for my name. She then started joking with me and after that we would look at each other in flirtatious ways.

    That same day, I noticed everyone was making a big deal with the new girl. Guys were just finding an excuse to make it over to her area. I was just doing my work and I took a glance in her direction and I noticed she was staring back at me. I held the look, but I gave her an, "I want you" look.(before I would have just turned away. I went over to her area, because I had to and I had to do my work right next to her. She kept turning her head in my direction and I just looked like it didn't phase me (no being nervous like I would have in the past and just kept my composure). I guess since I was the only one not peacock-ing at her like my other co-workers trying to show her their manliness. She couldn't take it anymore and decided to start talking to me. We started small about working at my job, years with the company, name /introductions. Then we joked around, I talked some nonsense and I made her laugh. (I guess I'm funny when I don't even try). I felt really comfortable around her and then we started flirting.

    It's amazing how natural all this is beginning to feel and how I don't even need to act wild or crazy to attract female attention.
     
  13. Wow, Chao, your journal is great! And I had the same experience! I had a 7-week nofap-time this spring, and it was pretty much like you experienced! I also started with dieting, sports, etc. -- the results were tremendous! Unfortunately, later, I slipped, and the cycle started again, but now, I've caught the wave again.

    Reading your journal also reminds of the things I've experienced myself, and I'll stick to this. "NoFap" means TURNING TOWARDS LIFE - Making life meaningful.
