    :DOk so today was my 7th day of nofap and for some reason music sounds way better and has deeper meaning than how I was listening to it before is this what nofap actually does and also today I went for a jog and never stopped like how I should've just when I was fapping I felt more energetic I was gone workout arms but felt fatigue because I actually ran to much today also work seemed easier didn't feel tire at all people seem more nice when I talk to them to so idk if this real but I'm gone keep on going to see more :D

    Welcome To NoFap! Great to hear you're seeing great results!!! I have also noticed these same benefits through my journey of NoFap... As a 18 year old as well... I've seen a huge improvement in confidence. Seems to me like your benefits are caused by a spike of testosterone, Which is produced by your body through your testicles. When you PMO (Fap) your testosterone level is dramatically lowered. As time goes by you will see many more great results. DO NOT GIVE UP!!! You're on a great track, Don't waste these amazing benefits on temporary pleasure!

    Yea I heard of that even from boxers like Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson they would not masterbate or have sex because it would lower their testosterone levels also in the first Rocky movie it shows that
