Hope Day 7 was a breeze for you!
Four days down, three to go.
My day four experience was kinda easy and is what I'd love for everyday to go like. Didn't think about PMO. The things I did with my time engaged me. So, yeah, day 4 was a good day.
i'm in. day 1. lets do it
I’m in. Day 0/7. Let’s see how it goes.
day 5 today and it is hard. at my work i have to look beautiful women passing outside my office everyday and it makes me crazy. just need to stay focus
[DAY 7/7] Done!
Wishing you all guys good luck.
Oh my god... today is taking F.O.R.E.V.E.R. Been keeping myself busy with household chores and DIY all day, but it's so hot today, just wanna sit down and do nothing... but my wife is out today and I don't want to get "distracted"... Right! Better find something better to do. Cook the kids their dinner and then half hour playing the drums to really annoy the neighbours on a Sunday evening
At last! Day 7 completed! It’s been a blast, but time to say goodbye and move on up to the next challenge.
DAMN I RELAPSED AGAIN ON THE 4TH DAY
NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK QUICK!!!
Just completed 3 day challenge. Today marks day 0/7
Good work to the both of you on completing the challenge!
Five days down, two to go.
Day five experience saw my thoughts drift towards the old habit. Ended up going for a three hour long walk to get out of the house and away from the computer. Thoughts while walking were mostly about the old habit and things I want to try on future challenges. During this seven day challenge, I have taken up meditation for fifteen minutes every morning. Next challenge I may start reading a book a week or maybe go to the gym.
Checking in with day 0/7 of this challenge. This challenge will help to bring my overall streak to 2 weeks.
Well done! Imagine how gutted you’d feel if you’d stayed at home in front of the laptop for 3 hours!
Meditation is good. I’ve been doing it almost everyday for a year (only been NoFap’ing for a week) and it’s been good at calming the mind. I started using the Headspace app, but after a little break I tried again with the Calm app which seems to suit me much better, and I think for the price offers much more.
And definitely go hit the gym! I go 6 days a week and it’s an awesome way to let out some masculine aggression, which leaves you feeling so much calmer afterwards. 30 minutes of “killing” the punch bag and my mind is calm and clear. Pent up frustration is released. And you’ll be too knackered for any PMO
Day 7 complete...
It's been Both blessing and a struggle. It's so hard to enjoy things like reading, work and social life with a desensitized brain.
Moving on to next challange!!
