Unfortunately I have not managed to get a hold of my self.

Need to start again.

I know they say we shouldn't spend our time thinking about and reading about NoFap and get on with other things but it's the one thing that gives me strength.

Oh man I relapsed today. Twice in a day. This phone with internet access is the problem. I am resetting again so sad I was on a good momentum but messed it up.

 

Haven't been on in a few days.

I hadn't gotten that message. I find that a daily (initially) quick update and read of helpful NoFap posts, eg Daily Intention Thread and supporting others, and then move on with the day. Also, do you have a journal, or written somewhere your goals/reasons for change?
