Day 1 of 7 complete. Was in a bit of a jam with temptation but I broke through it. Made myself some food and went to work. Bam.

I think if you continuously remind yourself why it does NOT benefit you to watch porn it will help. Continuously remind yourself why abstaining from masturbation benefits you.

Hi guys, I am at 3rd day of nofap I was with my girlfriend at my apartment this weekend so I was a breze to keep strong today it will start the real personal challenge

 

Hi friends, bad news for me. After a 10 days' streak today was a fall by merely a touch in a little excited state. It seems I was full. It was unexpected. Though I've reset my tracker, and in for this 7 days challenge.

It feels so rewarding to know that I can do this. When I first started I thought man 7 days, cake! Boy was I wrong, it's been rough I never really knew how much I thought or fantasized about pm,pmo. I'm ready to take next level on and go for 14. Good luck to all

Thanks for the support boys and girls and hope we can finish this journey to overcome this bad habit we need to going forward in order for us to use our energy to achieve more benefiets in life. Love this commintiy without it i never was so positive as i am now.
