6 days in / Tempted As Fuck !

    So I've recently started a new job that involves a lot of physical activity. This is the most physical activity I've done ever, and I'm really into fitness & go to the gym 4-5 times per week. I started body building and made progress however this job is killing my gains because it's so much movement I don't get time to eat and I have to cycle there and back which is so far. I litterally don't have time for gym anymore.

    I've been on/off nofap for the past year but to get this increased energy I am fully committed to nofap so I can be efficient and confident at work, but it's physically draining me and I'm only 6 days in and now I'm so tempted, not even feeling any benefits just so horny all the time, thinking about sex/porn/masturbating constantly.

    This is not good I'm losing my muscle, not eating right, not sleeping well, and not getting too many benefits from nofap, which is strange for me because I usually get the benefits so quickly like within the first few days. My longest streak is only 2 weeks. The only benefit I'm experiencing is a small boost in confidence. I need to cum soon, what should I do?

    Firstly I think you should change your mind set. You are talking like PMO ing is a valid option and you are delaying the inevitable. In fact it almost sounds like you have decided on some level that you are going to allow yourself to indulge in porn/masturbation and you have given a long list of reasons to justify it.

    You are in control- you can stop watching porn forever if you just decide to do it. You talk about noFap benefits but you need to go longer than 2 weeks to experience some even better benefits than you have had previously. You can do this- it's literally in your control.

    Your new job/eating/working out routine will take time to adjust too- if you are worried about your muscle gain- buy weights and have them at home- do food prep ahead of time and take it to work with you- you surely have lunch breaks and therefore will be able to eat- you are just struggling to adjust to a new routine- but you can very easily solve your issues. Don't use it as justification to get off to some porn.

    You say you have been doing NoFap on and off for a year and your longest streak is 2 weeks- honestly you really need to work on recognising what is triggering you- and learn from this- nofap isn't a quick fix where you think you can get super benefits after 2 weeks then watch porn again- then repeat the cycle, that isn't how it works.

    You are 17, I get you are young and it will be difficult- but think about why did you decide to stop using porn- I'm sure you had great reasons- if you watch porn you are only letting yourself down and damaging yourself further.

    Finally maybe the PMO- hard mode is something you should attempt later, a potential option could be that you just abstain from porn (at first) and still allow M O.. this way you may be able to have a porn free life longer than two weeks- then when you are feeling stronger, move onto to abstaining from full PMO.
