    After the first 2 weeks I found it easy to not masturbate. The emotional need is no longer there but the psychological one is as it has manifested itself in a kind of anxiety at the front of my brain. It's getting easier but after 32 years of habitual fapping I get the impression that it's going to take a few months to get where I want to be. Sex with your life partner is great, but fapping is not. Anyone else agree?

    agreed! my sex life improved so much after I stopped fapping and watching porn.

    I do remember how different sex felt before I started fapping 6 years ago and looking back now, I am 100% sure that fapping completely messes up my experience with sex. At one point there were times that I was having sex and I had to think of porn scenes to finish. That's not ok
