I don't think you quite get what I'm saying. I still haven't watched porn (51 days now) just wanked yesterday. I can cum during sex, but it takes really really long time. "Addiction refers to a situation in which a person is willing to devote considerable amounts of time and effort to be able to use a substance or carry out an activity, such as gambling" It was never time consuming for me. I never cancelled any plans, because I wanted to watch porn instead. I have never chosen porn over real sex. So no I'm not an addict, but yes it has affected my brain.

Edit: Also to add I have been a computer gaming addict where I chose games over my friends, played from day to morning, I walked 17km when I was 14 yo as soon as I woke up without eating from my moms ex to get to home and play, didn't answer to my phone in my early adulthood to the point my mom called the cops as she thought I was dead so trust me I know whats addiction and porn has never been an addiction for me.

How hard is it to understand? Doing something doesn't automatically equal to addiction. Think of it this way:
I run 3 times a week is it an addiction? No
I run every day, because I want to spend my time running and getting those lovely meters that I love and avoid real life problems. Is it an addiction? Yes
I run 3 times a week 2 steps with my left leg and 1 with my right. Is it an addiction? No. Is it healthy? No <-- Me

My problem is more related to specific kind of masturbation with specific kind of porn. I wanted my sensitivity back and nofap has worked on that way. Took me no time to orgasm yesterday. Seriously I don't get what your problem is.

Or just different to norm stuff. I still did masturbate without porn also and came. One thing to mention though is that my erections and getting erections are way way better. I just get random erections during the day like in my teens and also soft porn (movies) or texts get me hard every now and then :)

Well I felt the same, MOing after a streak does not affect me nearly as much as a relapse with PMO, that seriusly fucks me up... but 50 days is really good and you look serius enough about not going back to porn so if you can wank in a healty way and not fall back to it then go for it.

You did masturbate without watching porn, but I think you were watching it in your brain while doing so (imagination)

This method won't give you the same guilt provided by watching porn, but it still damages your recovery

The problem with porn/masturbation is that we won't feel guilty right after doing it, but over time, we will experience the same symptoms that we've gone through before relapsing (like depression, anger, etc)

Remember, porn and masturbation is closely tied to each other, one will lead to the other now or after.

    Good luck recovering

Previously yes, but my relapse yesterday I just concentrated how I really felt while doing it. I've just recently read a book called "the power of now" which advises to examine feelings in the moment. Great book. Not about porn though. I'm going to do this also the next time I'm having sex.

Ye this is my goal. Leave porn for good and learn to masturbate in a more gentle way :)

Ekhart Tolle i have read all his books including this one, amazing journey into your own consciousness and how to live your life in the complete moment, this helped me through some tough times previously and also helped me dissect my life into areas that needed correcting, fap'ing being one of them.

Remapping the brain how ever you go about is very difficult task what ever the addiction\bad habit, its a long and lengthy process and for the most p[art the hardest bit is admitting you have a problem, i can say if you are here already regardless of your days NoFap'ing you are already on your journey to recovery, an achievement in its own right just being here.

It is not very likely that someone manage to stop PMO for ever at the first try. Most of us will go through several Relapses ,we shouldent punish our selfs for our weeknes, but get back on a Streak quickly , knowing that we are on the right Way .

  13. You cant combine masturbation & running..lol:'D remember addiction means when you are unable to control any kind of urge....If you think you are not an addict try to go without masturbation for atleast 5 months...Running is probably not an addiction...If any person is overtired he can quit his running plans...but what do u think of those who wake up in the mid night to wank..
    Remember addiction is addiction

  14. & yeah guys:) superpowers doesnt mean you will fly :D or you will beat 100 men at the same time...Super powers here mean that your life goes back to normal...You dont crave for porn,masturbation...You dont feel guilty while looking people in the eyes,You dont feel sluggish all the time,The energy you were using in fapping is now used for other things, & yeah bro I dont think 50 days are enough to feel cured....It will take time,Remember withdrawals come to everyone but we need to face them with courage...Those peoples who were addicted to PMO or MO for years wont get cured within a month or two Remember great things take time & I dont think doing only MO is good you still lose the same & orgasm keeps giving you the same high :) ;) Best of luck for your next journey
