    New to NoFap.
    About 8 years ago I didn't masturbate for 50 days(not on purpose) then "Friends will benefits(film)" got me :p
    Have been watching porn and masturbating on a regular basis ever since. It never seemed like a problem but I wanted to test my self control and thus decided to break my record.

    What are the positive effects on other aspects of life that I can expect?
