I resisted temptations of porn for 5 months and i believe i can go another month to make it 6. My problem is i still fap every other day without porn at night and can't seem to reduce it to once or thwice a month. Can i still count my run as a reboot? Any advice?

Found my answer myself. Its not a reboot. A reboot is having no porn, no masturbation and no sex for a month to 90 days or more. Guess i will have to try harder.

it may not be a reboot, but my take on this is that if you are M and O without P are fantasizing about women in your life, as opposed to PMO then that is still a step in the right direction. For me the problem is not M, it is P

That’s still huge progress. Imagine if you were quitting smoking had not had a cigarette in five months but we’re still chewing some nicotine gum every other day. Five months is a long time without P. Kudos
