PrayingForAscension, the only reason anyone would ever tell you that you're ugly is because they have insecurities in themselves, and they're releasing their anger and jealousy out on others, including yourself. You're doing a very good thing both for your mental health, and your physical health. Ignore other dickheads.

I got a very cynical view on people and women in particular at times during the day. I try to turn that part off and look for the beauty in all people and harp on that. Skepticism is maybe a part of your personality that you have to work on. I'm sure you have your reasons, but one day we'll all realize that the time we spend being mad is wasted time and opportunity. I personally need to work on my outlook on life. I'm always seeking the absolute truth and so sometimes I freak out or get mad at lies and deception we get fed and get extreme in my skepticism.

All in all you are not alone; i think a major part of nofap is rewiring and that can extend to your outlook and how you communicate to women and just people in general. Wouldn't it be better to try and find the good in situations instead?

I am not saying this to make u feel better....i'm just saying that when time comes everything will fall in place.
