    I last watch p at 13 may it was a terrible feeling after watching p it was like i just destroy myself with my hands it was terrible the 2nd 3rd days were literally harder as i lost intrest in everything right now i am recovering and in a Little bit good condition Right now just hope i continue it and make it to day 90

    You can and you will,just let days count don't count days everyday to not remember the old days and then miss it and "relapse",keep your mind thinking about many "useful clean things",and then I shall tell you happy 90days in your journey
