4 more days to 60

As the title my suggest I am on my 56 day of rebooting and rebuilding.

It has benn a rough 56 days, there been dishonesty, angry, tears and wishing it would all go away but as I type this I have not once gone back to my old ways to soothe.

These last 56 days have taught me a lot about myself.

1. Be honest with everyone including yourself.

2. Figure out the really reason why you want to change.

3. Take at least 5 minutes for yourself each day.

4. Don’t beat yourself up because there are lots of people out there willing to do it for you.

5. Trust yourself and trust yourself around your triggers, you need to learn to fight and be around them.

6. Remember the past but don’t live it

7. Look forward

The first 56 days were a struggle but I know the next 56 days will be easier
