4 months no pmo

I've completed 90 days no pmo, but I didn't come here to share with the NoFap community. This month I've completed 4 months, 05/16 to be exactly. So I'm just passing here to share that with the community. And also recently I started seeing NSFW things (not porn) and I started seeing more of these and I thought that, maybe if I came here I could also tell this and by posting this 4 month update maybe I could remember why I am on this and get away from this kind of content that made me think about going back to the pmo lifestyle.

 

All you have to do is forget this kind of thing and stop thinking about it and soon you'll won't even remember that. It worked for me, but recently, as I saw this NSFW content, I started thinking of it again. All you have to do is get away from NSFW content, as these may make you want to go back to masturbation. Just stay away as much as you can and live your life and maybe you won't notice time passing

 

Well, I don't spend my time looking for porn, watching porn or masturbating, so that's a big benefit having free time and not spending it on PMO
