  1. Day 7- I struggled with some anxiety yesterday but managed to get through it with meditation, listening to motivational videos on YouTube and thinking about Bible verses.

Benefit 2: If I walk away from PMO, I will be able to connect with God fully.

It was a tough day. I fell asleep very late last night. My parents want to get money from me again. This has happened many times. It makes me feel bad. But for a long time, I couldn't explain it for a moment.
Today, there are many ideas to see pornography, but it has not been put into action.
No matter what happens, I don't need to bury my head in pornography.
Bless myself and bless all of you

0 -.- I've tried so many things to get back on track, It's so hard to make my brain as serious and free of excuses as it used to be just about 2 month ago. I hope I will find the way.
I will try the buddhist approach next: meditating on how undesirable pmo is, how much pain it causes me each time, how much happiness freedom brings. If anybody has some advice on how to suceed, I would be grateful

I used to worry about being alone but now I see it’s much better! You can do what you want without someone on your day head all the time. I think if you do nofap and gain some energy you can live life to the fullest. Socialize go alone everywhere and have fun by yourself without worring of the consequencies. So don’t worry! You think people who are married or have people around them are happier? It’s all up to you!

I am already on my 34th day. So should I start from zero ( I don't mean I will do it) or 364?

    Day 21/365

This has been the furthest I've gotten since late April. The three week mark has been a sticking point and something of a psychological barrier. It's been getting easier lately, though, and I think if I get through the fourth week I feel pretty confident that the "continental shelf" of that phase is behind me and I'm sailing in open waters.

    Little by little.

Day 2/365. No struggle for the moment, but I already see benefits.

  11. Hey bro! I would say don't despair but you and I know that is not possible at this moment. Go the next 2 days without PMO and get your mind clear again.

Check out this article for more ideas and ways to beat PMO: https://rebootblueprint.com/overcome-porn-addiction-advice/

    Additional reading material
    http://highexistence.com/self-healing-vs-self-enhancement/
Explains the need to focus on healing more than just self improvement when it comes to addictions. I found it very interesting that there is a significant difference between the two.

    http://www.feedtherightwolf.org/2017/06/choices-that-help-overcome-addiction/
A short article that shows we have choices when it comes to addiction

I also suggest you come up with benefits of staying clear of PMO everyday. Personally, I am are trying to come up with one benefit of staying clear of PMO per day rather than just focusing on the negative effects of PMO for the next 100 days. I then visualize myself experiencing this benefit in the future intensely and emotionally during various parts of the day. It has worked well for the past two days.

I have been struggling so much myself but we have to encourage each other to complete this 365 day challenge and live free. You have encouraged me. You have what it takes cause you completed 160 days before. Reflect back on the mindset you had during that streak.

Let's beat PMO! It's just a minor setback right now!

They say that "neurons that fire together wire together," so every day at some point put everything else on the back burner and get in touch with that part of you which can say "I believe this is possible. I can do this." Mentally get to the point where yes, this is a true statement and spend a few minutes with it. You're not PMO'ing every day, but if you keep touching base with this way of thinking, rain or shine, clean day, relapse day whatever, the cumulative effect will build up. Some days you might feel triggered, but there might creep in there the little thought, "I don't have to do this. I don't have to obey an impulse just because I have it."

I know I can't meme my way out of my problems, but I do find that every day connecting briefly with something thought-provoking, positive, inspirational or motivational each day after a while it kind of sinks under my skin. It builds up that belief a little. The daily habit of seeking out something like that and finding it, it's like panning for gold and finding a few flecks or grains. Sometimes some outside help like that helps me to get back to that solid belief that yes, I can do this. I can win. I want to. I will.

I would recommend increasing your daily dose of classical music.

If you do it through something like youtube, I would open another tab and not look at the imagery that some of the videos use. Some images can be very tranquil and beautiful, but I look at it as feeding or passively receiving a fantasy state of mind. Some videos also include "romantic" imagery, which I would avoid. Let it play in the background and do something productive, like writing, studying, cleaning, reading. Sharpen a pencil & get out some paper. Do some brainstorming about goals or make plans.

Also, do things to "get out of your own head." Fresh air, nature, star gazing, volunteering. Non-screen based activities. Here's a decent article on the virtues of walking:

First of all: Thanks for you responses (that also applies to @Dr. Jekyll you!), it is psychologically very helpful to have guys like you who care, it makes it that much easier to get back up again. I looked through the articles you posted, there is some good advice in there. I was happy when I read the sentence "You need to be ok never to PMO again in your life to suceed", because that is one of the things I made big progress recently: When I started on nofap I just wanted to abstain for a while, but it was very clear to me that this isn't for my whole life. When I was on my beginning streak I was sure: If I repalsed even once, I would stop it and not give it another try any time soon. I was supprised that I got back up, and through this very tough relapse cycle it became clearer and clearer to me: I want to stop PMO for life.
I will join you in your "100 benefits" challenge. I think it is a very healthy approach. I will think about one benefit a day, post it here, and also meditate about it to make it sink in. Thanks a lot, we are in this together.

I'm glad to have you on this challenge, your inspiration has been reliable for month :) I like your advise, positive reinforcement is a very healthy approach to make internal progress. I will integrate your advise into my daily meditation, and hopefully remember it when urges come up! Your are absolutely right, we don't have to respond to every urge that comes up. As for the classical music: I'm gonna give it a try, music actually never orccured to me (related to addiction of course!) ;)
Of course I am frustrated with the situation, but I can relate to what you have been writing with what I am going through internally recently:
Despite setbacks and relapses I feel that I am making considerable internal progress that sinks in, even if my counter doesn't reveal it. And I am quite hopeful that as long as I don't give up, the progress will add up and the relapses will stop eventually. There is a lot you can learn through being stuck in a relapse cycle, of course I need to get out of it, but the lessons learned on the way will have been worth experiencing the frustration of it. We will never regret the time we have spent on nofap.

I think the 365 days challenge is the best challenge you can be on. I was on the 21 day challenge and on the last man standing challenge before and there is a big difference: You have so many people on the 365 challenge who are here for months (!) and who try to support each other long term. You get to know the people and really feel a sense of belonging. I don't think that any short challenge can provide that. Thanks to everybody who is on this challenge.

  16. I share the same sentiments as you. The 365 day challenge is the best to be on by far!
