    So fucking angry because I do not have any fun and game, no friend,I am fucking alone, I need to get to fucking nature, fuck this life of PMO it destroyed my brain.:)

    A half of one year, 180 days, is so close. Keep going :)
    I failed waking up early; it's because I couldn't get ready for going to bed (~ I fell asleep), I did this failure these 3 days. It's not good.
    I'll learn from my mistakes and think how I can approach to fix it.

    I have some habits for my health, of course including NoFap, however I think only Nofap is not enough.
    Here's what I do every single day:
    - Waking up early (until 5 AM, I'm trying to create this habit recently)
    - Reading a book in foreign languages (this also means studying something new)
    - Reading out aloud religious text in their original language
    - Meditating
    - Taking Cold Shower
    - Drinking water enough (over 2L a day)
    - Eating healthy foods, a lot of vegetables
    - Playing the piano
    - Getting out and walking
    - Having a conversation with people you like
    - Going to bed early (until 22:30)

    What habits do you have, let me know!

    these makes you stronger and stronger in a daily basis and as days go by.
    in my view it is a good idea to go to bed before the time you mentioned if you wanna wake up at 5 or earlier,at first it is somwat hard but after two or three days it becomes easier.
    doing these activity is awsome and i think you can do them with goal because it channel all your focus and attempt toward greatness and it will thrive your potentials.
    about me ,i wanna start to learn and play the guitar too,plus singing.
    and also i wanna start reading my to do list book that i have planned to read in every area of life from mony to scientific and elon musk's fav .i have gathered a list of about 60 books for reading .it took me long to gather this top book on different area of life.
