[365-CHALLENGE] THE THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Fell really bad these past 4 months but im never giving up. God willing, im back for good this time. Stay strong brothers and sisters, very glad to be back =)

Going to log my every day achievement which i failed to do earlier time.

Things like that are bound to happen, we're always going to reach points where we're requires to make choices. It's a testament to the work you'e done that you were able to see it and turn in the opposite direction. Very good

 

Day 21. Reaching the point where positive benefits begin to coincide. I think the most motivating things about this process are the proofs that I'm given that it's worthwhile. I feel more focused, I am more driven, I am better with women, other negative habits are changing, and my willpower and trust in myself have returned.

Had some p flashbacks but i handled it, because i know it has an effect just on a contaminated body that i planed to heal it and not on a healthy body.
