34 years old in a relationship who wants to change

Hello people,

I'm a 34 years old man. I've been watching porn since I was 14, so that makes it 20 years. For a long time, I didn't get myself into relationships. Since one year ago, I am in a relationship with a guy I love and I want to be with.

Sometimes I feel insecure during sex because I can only ejaculate while I'm lying on my back and only if I masturbate. I can't come while I'm penetrating either. It also takes me some time to come. Sometimes I have to think of porn I've seen in order to ejaculate. I am sure this is related to porn. Certainly, my brain has got used to the bodies and dynamics involved in porn.

Today is my first day. My plan is to stop masturbating and stop watching porn and enjoying sex with my partner. My first two goals are to be able to ejaculate in another position and while penetrating. I know it can take some time but I am willing to go all the way. I really want to improve my sex life, my confidence and my life in general.
