  8. You can keep the plank until exhaustion (let’s say 2 min instead of the prescribed time), and then you add from that.

    You improve yourself every time by holding it a few seconds more. Then you somehow get better and can get to 1m etc.

    I'm going to start doing the plank position as part of my gym regime, three times a week. Just given it a go for 20 seconds and it's a lot harder than it looks! When I build up strength I might try this challenge...

  16. So I should count 2 as zero and then go with this challenge?
     
  17. I suppose that would be too much. I would suggest to do the challenge as it is. The only difference is that you plank everyday for 2 min until day 18, in which you'll reach 2:30 min. And then you continue following the rest of the prescribed time.
