Okay so I was suffering from DE and I discovered this forum. Just like the title says, I have cured my DE. Sometimes I couldn't cum at all when having sex but a reboot of 30 days cured it! Been Porn-free for almost 6 months with a couple of relapses. I just wanted to tell you guys that I had a succesfull reboot even though I thought it was impossible. Keep it up guys this shit works!

This is great to hear. I just had my first slip after 21 days of no PMO. Feeling a bit discouraged. But I am on the rise again !!!

Delayed Ejaculation. It happens when for some reason the time required for you to orgasm goes way beyond physically normal (in the statistical sense of normal) averages. I remember a study saying the bulk of men needing anywhere between 2mins and 20mins. Being at 30mins meaning you're in the upper 0.1% of men, and 30 seconds in the lower 0.1% of the graph.

I myself suffered from DE for decades while using porn (and stupidly not linking both together.). I had median sexual stimulation times of 50 to 70 minutes on average (and needed to end with my own hands or else nothing would happen) before Orgasm. This, is what extremely Delayed Ejaculation means

My ex had DE can I ask what caused you to relapse after seeing the benefits and did your relapse have any effect on the DE did it come back?

I was only planning on doing a 30 day reboot to see if it worked and it did. I fap a few times a week now and it has had no effects on my DE.

Oh so you can still MO without porn and have great sex no DE in bed? I would have had no issues with my ex fapping so long as we could have a healthy regular sex life but that was never the case. If you can still MO multiple times a week and have sex multiple times a week unless the MO is causing other problems in your life I see no need to limit it. I think MO is generally healthy until it effects your life in a negative way.

This is so great to read. This is one of my main problems. Even when being with a hot girl I got no shot at having an orgasm from sex or oral. I really hope it'll get better for me too.

Funny how for me, as long as I remember I always suffered from some kind of DE. Never had a problem (before porn addiction) with erection though. I always was and intensive user of MO. I'd say like daily or something. Then came porn and PIED. I'm still good at no PMO though and I feel great!

    Good job for your reboot!

I have read that often times men with DE (unrelated to P or MO or both) often turn to P because of their DE. Sex is a struggle for them, and they cannot find pleasure there so the turn to P which just makes the situation worse. Sometimes it becomes their only outlet. As far as the progression I would say that is totally normal.
