positive changes

more energy

stronger focus

better cognitive skills; memory( quitting weed will def helped that too )

i am more happy in general

strong erection and morning wood (was very weak before)

quit smoking marihuana and cigarettes for a month now and i used to smoke 50 grams weed a month (400 dollars a month here)

i work out now; just push ups and pull ups and dips

tomorrow i will play competition in chess again, something i havent done in years. quite nervous must say

downsides so far

mood swings for no apparent reason

conclusion

Nofap has helped me tremendously in all aspects of life even with this short 30 days but i still have a long way to go. I will definitely aim for 90 days for no porn and masturbation, but i will not abstain from orgasming with a woman anymore . It has not been easy but i can be very hard and disciplined too if its necessary. it was not super difficult for me because i tried to do as much constructive things as possible and change my lazy habits.
