30 Days COLD SHOWER Challenge

Cold shower when you get urges it dissapears like poof

Day 20: Started with 15 seconds of lukewarm water after bathing, then ice cold right away, great results.

Exactly this.

day 3..slowly getting used to it

 

Day 22. Lessons learned so far:

1. The anticipation is worse than the actual cold shower experience.
2. The not-so-cold stage is worse than the ice cold stage sense-wise.
3. The balls don't like ice cold water, currently they set the limit on temperature and duration.

 

Even though I'm almost done with my initial goal of 30 days of abstaining P and M (the O just happend on it's own, single life) I'm gonna start this challenge as well! Only thing that I am changing for myself is after the gym I'm allowed to take a hot shower.

Day 24 - habit is slowly building up.

 

I'm in...I used to do these a while back for 5 minutes!! Don't think i'll be doing them for 5 minutes but how long do all you guys do them for?

 

Two to three minutes lukewarm, one minute cold, then ice cold until the balls freeze.

 

Day 18

 

Day 25: postponed the cold shower into the afternoon, when urges appeared. Poof, they are gone now.
