30 Days COLD SHOWER Challenge

Day 30:

I think my plan going forward is a warm shower with the last minute or so being cold water.

And I repeated the same yesterday and today. Day 16 now.

day 12 I started to love it

 

day 2 FUCKING BALLS OF STEEL!

 

Day 17 - another shower ended with ice cold water from subsurface piping. I stuck even longer under it, must have been a minute now.

Day 30 today. A tough experience but it was worth it. Learnt a lot. I'm gonna redo this challenge in a few months. Shout out to NoFap for the platform!

Unfortunately I could not take it today due to the unavailability of the shower but continue tomorrow for 14.

day 1.. it was cold AF had to mix cold with warm water a little bit. by day 30 i'll try to shower with 100% cold water
