I just started this challenge myself! I do something similar every month to stretch my willpower. So, today is day 3 of this challenge for me
I'll be starting tomorrow morning. Along with my journal here (i will mostly update there). I used to cold shower a lot in the past.
Man, I don't know why it's so hard for me to get on board with cold showers, I know that its beneficial but I act like a little bitch when it comes to cold showers. I'm going to try to do one cold shower once per week and work my way up. I literally am doing everything else: eating better, meditating, exercising like a gladiator but for some reason the cold showers are such a struggle lol
This is so soothing
Got to start back at day 0. I had very little sleep Friday night and my wife and I had to be somewhere early Saturday morning. Without thinking, I took a quick, hot shower. As soon as I got done, I was kicking myself because I remembered afterwards. I normally do take cool/cold showers anyways. This was just one of those days.
2/30 this is going to be a walk in the park for me
Day 1/30 I took a cold shower in the morning and It feels good
Summers are comming. 41 C here.

Cold baths seem to suppress my urges
1/30, I almost always take cold showers after exercise, starting at one though because I don't do it 100% of the time. Unfortunately here the pipes are not very deep so in the summer the water is going to be 70-80 (21-26 C) degrees. In the winter though it comes out around 45-50 (7-10 C). After a couple weeks, and especially after being overheated it really doesn't take that much willpower. At one point I would take a super hot bath in the evening and then take a cold shower right after, it seemed to help get the pump going after a good workout.
Gives me some motivation to work out hard in the morning.
