30 Day NoFap challenge for beginners!!!!

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

 

Boys! I don't know what happened to you all. I'm on day two working on day 3. Very glad! How are you all doing?

Day 4 complete. On to day 5. I would encourage you to start a journal. I did and it seems to help

 

Day 4. Almost done. Just have to finish this one out strong. I feel good about myself and i feel social. Amazing. A little work goes a long way.

Day 6. It's getting a tough. I hit this wall as i start to feel better, i begin to convince myself that i can just look at porn one more time, 'cause i can just quit again and feel better. It's like i'm at the foot of this amazing mountain, i just noticed the view is beginning to improve, the air clear, and I say "good enough!". I don't want good enough, dammit! Here's to day 7 tomorrow and on.
