Day 3 baby! I’m on fire... woke up and went to a training session today at 5:15am feeling good energy after that session. It was for boxing and kickboxing. Feeling good

 

Day 2 "The Fall"

 

Day 5/30. Gonna stay up late tonight and watch some College Football replays. Going to prove that I can withstand the temptation tonight. It’s gonna feel so great to go to bed tonight with a sense of victory. Just wanted to put it out there so I can have a strong sense of accomplishment. Appreciate the support of this forum.

 

Day 9/30 today was a great day, tomorrow I'll start my workout since I joined a gym today. Keep yourself busy, keep happy thoughts. Let's go brothers!

Back to day 0 for me. Really frustrated at the moment but i'll push through.
