Y'ALL. I made it through one week without PMO! Praise. The. Lord. There were ups, there were downs, but honestly, my friends got me through this week.

On to Week 2 of the challenge: I will be travelling a bit this week and my rhythms will be different than usual. I'm not sure if this will make things easier or harder, it's pretty hard to predict. In some ways throwing off my rhythms could be negative, but also change tends to distract me from PMO. I'll also be spending a lot of time with family and friends. We'll see what happens, but I'll tell you one thing: I won't go down without a fight. Or better yet, I won't go down at all.
