Hello, I participate. Today is Day 0 (total 89 days).

My goal is to post here every single day. When I participated in the 21 day challenge I didn't post daily, but this time I'm committed to posting daily for a whole month.

This sure is an exciting experience; I mean being only a day away from 90. Anyways, see you guy tomorrow.

I relapsed(Day 0)

I became overconfidence in school. So, then I just ruin my score on the one subject. I became overconfidence about the particular subject. So, I just started P then M. I know had just completed 30-Days. But, my overconfidence just increased in recently after 30 Days.


What to do about overconfidence ? I encountered this first time after NoFap.

 

Day 2 completed. Having difficulties today, had something with a girl (not sex) and the thoughts keep coming to mind. Going to exercise.

 

day 3. feeling a little down for other reasons, just don't want they affect the challenge. Hope the weekend will pass by fast, spending too much time alone

More than 30 days is without any doubt a great achievement, so congrats for that ! Don' t feel bad now, try to see why you gave in.
Overconfidence is something to overcome by trying to feel more humble maybe, ofcourse you must be proud if you achieve something you accomplished, and
that goes not only for nofap.
Keep your feet on the ground if something is achieved, and be on the lookout the next time if there is really a patern.
So, just start over buddy, and stay strong ! Remember: we are humans, not robots
