    I have a 3 days success to communicate! If to you it might not seem much, to me it is indeed. You see every house starts with a building block. Also you cannot arrive at day 100 without day 3. So if you feel discouraged for so little a change, think that smalls steps precede the big ones! Share below about your third day if you remember it!

    Nice, one day at the time, i feel more motivated everyday i go through and each day i pass it's harder to relapse because i think in all these days i hold and don't want spoil my effort.
