Day 1 Starting it
I am in my day one just feeling like an infant and wanted to be one of them instead of being a adult and doing this unnecessary stuffs which is making my life down in every aspects.

Do you keep a journal? You have lots of posts in the various challenge threads but no thread where you can collate and reflect on the techniques you have tried and how you feel. I have found journalling here super useful. If you find that you are posting relapse report after relapse report in the challenge threads then clearly something has to change. Try keeping a journal here: open a thread in the appropriate sub-forum and keep posting to it. It needn't be every day, but every time you think of something new about your reboot. Every relapse is an opportunity to learn if you give yourself the space to learn and make sure that you do the psychological work in order to learn. Your journal is a place to do that.
