    I'm from Brazil and I was losing my virginity to a prostitute and my penis has not raised ...

    Al discovered the videos of Gary Wilson and NoFap in the U.S. and Europe, but in Brazil many people dont't know this moviment, so I'm in this forum for giving me tips on how to improve ....

    I started to use Internet pornography at age 15 and continued until I was 24 years old, which is my current age is, and I still 27 days witj no porn and masturbation...

    I'm 10 years using porn on the internet, how long will I come back to normal erections and lose my social anxiety, because before I was very communicative, but it was a bit fearful

    Some say that constant fantasizing delays, specifically fantasizing about porn, delays the treatment. Maybe that's something you've been doing a lot of?

    I think social anxiety is something you're going to have to deal with yourself. noPMO will probably help you out, but you still need to take the initiative to talk to people. This is my opinion however.

    I believed you'll need 4-5 months of nofap to recover (same as me), which isn't easy at all
