    Hello, everyone. I’m new to this website. However, I’ve known about NoFap before the term even existed. I started Monk Mode earlier this morning 3 AM. I will be updating every milestone I hit, I’m really excited to start this journey, and I’m proud to be apart of this community. Wish me luck!
