    Hello

I wanted to introduce myself and ask for your help.

I know that I can only stop masturbating on my own and still I wish you a little bit of courage.

    To me:
I am a porn addict for 7 years. Every day I masturbate.

About 5 months ago I try to operate NoFap. I also keep up well for 3 days, my maximum days are 7 days.

I have already installed the K9 blocker on the PC and set the screen lock on the Iphone with a password that I immediately forgot.
But when I had operated nofap for several days. I cracked the password on iTunes .....
That's how strong it is with me.

The problem is also with me that I stand on live webcam sites like chatur ..... and I see every day new actors that give me always a new kick.
I have already left 800 euros so that I can see the shows.
Afterwards I deleted my account but as soon as I reach my 5-7 days nofap again I make myself a new account because the K9 blocker at the side does not work ....

I've already started my own business, had 4 employees, but had to close the company and I think it's because I have operated fap. Since I had no motivation to build anything at all even though I have very big dreams.

I need your tips how did you manage that I admire you.
    Are you keeping a journal?
Or how do I do it the best my faps are always in the evening to go to bed should I do anything that can help me?

The whole motivations bring me only 3-5 days after that I do not care ... I want to masturbate.

Maybe someone has gone through it and can tell me something I would be grateful from the heart.

I'm back at day 0 today (12hours NoFap)

  2. Welcome mate, glad you joined up. The 7 days NoFap is a tough thing to break but you came to right place. In NoFap join some groups, start a journal and get involved. In your personal life there are several things you can do to get more motivated. First look up why its bad to fap and watch porn. The more you know helps. Also, identify you triggers. In k9 web protect you can identify and block a specific website so do the one you mess up with. Also working out reduces sexual urge because it releases endorphines. Also, the most important for my motivation is that after 7 days is the only point where your body recognizes any large benefit from no fapping. They say testosterone increases by a 100%. This eill give you more confidence etc.. if all else fails use the motivation of get a woman to love. Find your why and then figure out what you will do to accomplish it. Any time you have an urge, write down what you are experiencing and then come to NoFap. Godspeed my friend.
